sproutLA offers an 8-week parenting education and support group for first-time parents and their babies. Classes are for babies ranging in age from 0 – 12 months.
Jennifer Heenan, M.P.H. earned her Master of Public Health from UCLA, is a Certified Lactation Educator and a mother herself! She has led sproutLA parenting classes at The Pump Station, the Santa Monica YMCA and YogaCo. She hopes to minimize the uncertainty that new parenthood may bring by passing on her valuable knowledge and experience, supporting moms to become the parents they want to be.

Sacred Birth 5 Class Series~ Childbirth Preparation for the Heart, Mind and Spirit ~ with Stephanie Dawn, ALSP
In this 5 week series of 2 1/2 hour classes beginning Saturday March 20th, we will dive deeply into the total transformation that is pregnancy, birth and new parenthood. This heart-based birth preparation class invites you to explore your spiritual, emotional, mental and physical aspects of being pregnant and becoming a parent within a safe, sacred space.
In this class you will:

- • your child's birth and the postpartum experience
- • vision your perfect birth scenario; explore excellent self-care and what that means to you
