Louisette Geiss

Hi, I'm Louisette or Zettie as the yogis like to call me.  My classes incorporate a great mix of body and soul work with humor and insightful "nibblets" of lessons learned.  I have studied yoga for 8 years and last year became certified through Tamal's Teacher Training and Yoga Alliance.  I’m also owner of a music company called Hubbard/Geiss Music, Inc. (music is another passion of mine) and recently produced a yoga/ mantra CD (Prana Fusion) featuring Tamal and many other creative souls. 

In my class, you will sweat, stretch, laugh, and groove to an eclectic music mix from mantra to 80s to merengue.  You will leave feeling energized and excited with a healthy balance from your mind to your toes.  If you love classes taught by Bryan Kest and Tamal Dodge, as I do (they are my favorite), you may enjoy my class.
