Liz Arch is a spirited yoga and martial arts teacher known for her inspirational style of teaching that encourages personal expression, playfulness, innovation, artistry and mastery through movement. Her classes are a dynamic blend of yoga, martial arts and meditation designed to explore the body's full range of motion while cultivating precision, alignment, balance, flexibility, grace, power and stregth.

Liz has over 10 years of experience in various yoga and martial arts styles including traditional Northern-style Kung Fu (empty hand and weapons), Yang-style Tai-Chi, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Budokon.  She holds a Tai Chi Quan Certification from the Beijing Tai Chi and Kung Fu Academy and most recently served as the Vice President of Budokon International - one of the first art forms to integrate yoga, martial arts and living arts into one complete system. 

As the Vice President and certified Budokon Sensei (teacher), Liz helped to open and run the world’s first Budokon International Academy and traveled the world leading teacher trainings programs, workshops and master classes. She has also assisted and been a demonstrator at international yoga and fitness conferences, including The Yoga Journal Conference and Tokyo Yoga Fest.

She now teaches her own signature class, Primal Yoga, which combines elements from the various yoga and martial arts styles she has studied, into the ultimate full-body conditioning class.  She invites anyone with an open mind and adventurous spirit to come experience a class and be prepared to move, sweat and play in new and inspired ways.
