Yoga is full of life lessons and that is what has kept me coming back to the practice for the last 6 years. I am always interested in the "walls" we hit and the possibility of transcendence. I am fascinated by the difficulties as well as the triumphs, mental and physical, that we come up against in our practices (and our lives) and the way in which we approach these states of being. I believe Yoga gives us all an opportunity to learn about ourselves and the delicate and ever-evolving process of acceptance.

Every moment of our lives is a chance to "practice". The physical Asanas are an amazing and tangible tool which help us to evolve, receive, fly and fall, and most importantly, arrive in the present.

I have grown to love and strive to share both the wonderful physical nature of Yoga and the balance between effort and ease, a lesson that extends far beyond our mats!
