Yogaco, a donation-yoga studio in the heart of the Santa Monica Yoga community, is beginning registration for it's next yoga teacher training! We are currently starting registration for our next (15 WEEK) 200 HR Teacher Training , beginning May 23rd!
THE FANTASTIC JAY CO , ONE OF YOGACO'S FOUNDING MEMBERS, IS HEADING UP THE TEACHER TRAINING. Each week of the course will be split into two sessions, one 2 hour discussion group to discuss the reading material provided and assigned, and a longer intensive 8 Hr. "nuts and bolts" day to go through breathwork, asanas, adjustments, the technique, the art of sequencing, etc...
